Police in Washington have issued arrest warrants for 16 people, most of them Turkish security agents, for their alleged role in assaulting protesters outside the Turkish ambassador’s home in Washington during an official visit by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The incident, which left nine people injured, sparked outrage in the United States.
